Your Own Villa

Vineyard Villas is a boutique villa retreat nestled in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail in Burdett, New York. We offer eight private A-frame villas — six one-bedroom and two two-bedroom — each with stunning panoramic views of Seneca Lake, private balconies, campfire pits, and access to our on-site vineyard and natural pond. It’s the perfect base for exploring the Finger Lakes. We also have two suites within walking distance from the Villas. There is a 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom suite available in The Residence.

One-Bedroom

Villas A – F

These one-bedroom, two-story villas are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes on Seneca Lake. Wake up to panoramic views of the lake and surrounding wineries. Each well-appointed villa has a deck and balcony with a complete view of the lake. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you decide to make your own meals, as well as an outdoor BBQ grill. Each villa is designed for 2–4 person occupancy. Multiple villas can be rented for larger groups. The first floor consists of the kitchen, living room (with a convertible sofa bed), dining room, and one full bathroom, with French doors leading to a deck overlooking the lake and vineyards. The second floor consists of one bedroom with a queen bed, a sitting area, and French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the lake and vineyards.

Two Bedroom

Villas G & H

These two-bedroom, two-bath, two-story villas offer all the comfort and amenities of our one-bedroom villas, with twice the space. Each well-appointed villa has a deck and balcony with a complete view of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen offers convenience and flexibility to make your own meals, and there is also an outdoor BBQ grill. These villas are designed for 4–6 person occupancy. Multiple villas can be rented for larger groups.

Two-Bedroom and Three-Bedroom Suites

The Residence

This residence offers one three-bedroom, two-bath suite on the upper level and one two-bedroom, one-bath suite on the lower level. You can rent this property as a whole, combining the two suites via an open stairwell into a five-bedroom, three-bath vacation rental. When booking online, just select both units together.

The two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites are located just below our villas. The suites are within walking distance of the main property. The fire pit is located in the rear yard with Adirondack chairs. This very private setting includes spectacular views of Chateau Lafayette Reneau Vineyards and Seneca Lake below.

2-Bedroom Residence

The two-bedroom suite consists of two bedrooms: one king bedroom (can be configured into two twin beds) and one queen bedroom. The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed, a large dining area, an eat-in kitchen, one full bathroom, a living room with a gas fireplace, and a laundry room.

3-Bedroom Residence

The three-bedroom suite consists of three queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It includes a large eat-in kitchen, a spacious living room area, and an electric fireplace.

Set on the east side of Seneca Lake along the wine trail, the property overlooks the vineyards of local wineries as well as our own Concord grape vines, planted many years ago to supply grape jelly and juice makers of the time. Enjoy the grounds or take a walk to explore the area, with the National Forest within walking distance.

7-acre property includes:

2.5 acres of Concord grapes. Come during harvest and pick your own.
1/2-acre pond.
Fire pits.
Barbecue grills.
Picnic area.
Baby equipment rental.
