The Vineyard Villas on Seneca Lake

Located in the “banana belt” on Seneca Lake, we have 6 one-bedroom villas and 3 two-bedroom Villas for you to choose from. Each villa is completely furnished with everything you’ll need for a stress-free vacation. Stroll through our onsite vineyard, relax next to our natural pond, watch the sunset on your private balcony, and kick back under the stars at your own campfire pit. Walk over to our on-site restaurant, Hector Hideaway and enjoy a glass of wine and a fabulous dinner while gazing out at the vineyards, lake and Finger Lakes area.

Common Areas

Set on the East side of Seneca Lake along the wine trail, the property overlooks the vineyards of the local wineries, as well as our own Concord Grape Vines, planted many years ago to supply grape jelly and juice makers of the time. Enjoy the grounds or take a walk to explore the area with the National Forest within walking distance. 7 Acre property includes:

• 2.5 acres of Concord Grapes. Come during harvest and pick your own!
• 1/2 acre pond
